Job Summary

A company is looking for a TA Operations Specialist who will oversee the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process by collaborating with HR business partners and hiring leaders to identify and fill open positions
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment including sourcing candidates, attending career fairs, and presenting top candidates to managers
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of directly related HR experience, including hands-on recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a web-based recruiting environment
  • Exposure to change management and project management
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred
