Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for open positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide candidate selection and recruitment best practices
  • Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in multi-state recruiting and familiarity with the Multifamily industry is a plus
