Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for open positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to guide candidate selection and recruitment best practices
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in multi-state recruiting and familiarity with the Multifamily industry is a plus
