Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles in LATAM and the U.S
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach hard-to-find candidates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Experience sourcing niche technical profiles
• Experience recruiting BIM, engineering, or construction-related roles is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Advanced English proficiency
