Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
  • Manage a high volume of positions and conduct candidate phone screens to assess job fit
  • Oversee communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including onboarding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Up to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required, depending on level
  • Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience working with consultant agencies and in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred
  • Proven track record of filling senior/executive roles in the healthcare industry for higher levels
