Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
- Manage a high volume of positions and conduct candidate phone screens to assess job fit
- Oversee communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including onboarding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Up to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required, depending on level
- Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
- Experience working with consultant agencies and in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred
- Proven track record of filling senior/executive roles in the healthcare industry for higher levels
