Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting activities and execute recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the hiring process
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday is a plus
- Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices and ability to handle high-volume recruiting
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
