Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting activities and execute recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the hiring process
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday is a plus
  • Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices and ability to handle high-volume recruiting
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
