Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
- Source candidates through various channels and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide updates to hiring managers and collaborate with stakeholders to support effective hiring practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for frontline or operational roles is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
