Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization as a brand ambassador and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
• Source candidates through various channels and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide updates to hiring managers and collaborate with stakeholders to support effective hiring practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for frontline or operational roles is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
