Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance and best practices for effective hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience with a track record of hiring high-quality talent
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple levels
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring performance
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
