Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience with a track record of hiring high-quality talent
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple levels
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring performance
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
