Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify employment needs and develop job descriptions
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in onboarding new employees
  • Prepare employment offers and provide hiring and retention reports to management
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is preferred
  • BA/BS in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
  • Must have a quiet area in the home environment for conducting interviews
