Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify employment needs and develop job descriptions
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in onboarding new employees
- Prepare employment offers and provide hiring and retention reports to management
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is preferred
- BA/BS in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
- Must have a quiet area in the home environment for conducting interviews
