Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create talent strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across Latam and North America
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networking, while using data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
  • High level of organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
