Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create talent strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across Latam and North America
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networking, while using data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
- High level of organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
