  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and experience
  • Skilled in developing and using Boolean searches to uncover hard-to-fill talent
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience working cross-functionally
