Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and experience
- Skilled in developing and using Boolean searches to uncover hard-to-fill talent
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience working cross-functionally
