Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source passive talent and build talent communities to meet growth milestones
- Optimize recruitment processes using AI tools and maintain data integrity in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical recruiting
- Proven ability to engage passive talent and maintain a "hunter" mentality
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Fintech environment
- Ability to utilize recruiting metrics to inform strategy adjustments
- Fluency in both technical and executive language
