Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical recruiting
  • Proven ability to engage passive talent and maintain a "hunter" mentality
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Fintech environment
  • Ability to utilize recruiting metrics to inform strategy adjustments
  • Fluency in both technical and executive language
