Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop recruitment strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and onboarding
Represent the company at recruitment events to build brand awareness and attract candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred
3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience for various positions
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Willingness for occasional travel for recruitment purposes
Solid knowledge of basic HR laws and regulations related to hiring preferred
