Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts with a focus on candidate experience and quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and create job descriptions
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS)


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, preferably in Go-To-Market or healthcare roles
  • Strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn
  • Proven ability to manage 12-18 open roles simultaneously
  • Experience delivering structured interviews and coaching hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
