Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts with a focus on candidate experience and quality of hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and create job descriptions
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, preferably in Go-To-Market or healthcare roles
- Strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn
- Proven ability to manage 12-18 open roles simultaneously
- Experience delivering structured interviews and coaching hiring managers
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
