Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with studio leadership and hiring managers to align hiring expectations
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top animation talent through various platforms
• Maintain the talent database and assist hiring managers in reviewing applications

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• An associate degree in a related field is preferred
• Understanding of various roles within organizations
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of Animation / VFX / Games roles is a plus
