Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, and prospective candidates
• Develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process while balancing speed and candidate satisfaction
• Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies and manage the job posting process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the recruitment process for high volume roles
• Experience recruiting for positions in healthcare or revenue cycle management is highly preferred
• Talent Acquisition Certifications or related professional development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
