Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a tech company
• Demonstrated track record of proactive sourcing and building pipelines of passive talent
• Experience in recruiting for both go-to-market and technical roles is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
