Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive talent, building relationships and maintaining talent pipelines
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a swift hiring process
- Collaborate with internal teams on headcount planning and contribute to employer branding efforts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a tech company
- Demonstrated track record of proactive sourcing and building pipelines of passive talent
- Experience in recruiting for both go-to-market and technical roles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
