Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates through various techniques including databases, job postings, and networking
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure timely hiring processes
• Track progress in the applicant tracking system to meet recruitment metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
• Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in negotiating salary offers and collaborating with HR partners
