Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and source candidates through various techniques including databases, networking, and social media
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle, including pre-screening candidates and preparing salary offers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or equivalent area
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
