Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and source candidates through various techniques including databases, networking, and social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
- Manage the recruiting lifecycle, including pre-screening candidates and preparing salary offers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or equivalent area
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
- Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
