Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education
- Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in technology and business systems
- Preferred: Experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries
