Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high-performing recruiting team focused on delivering top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Utilize recruiting data to provide updates, insights, and hiring metrics to leadership and HR partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, or HR-related roles
  • Experience utilizing multiple sourcing tools, platforms, and recruiting channels
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday
