A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to support vendor management and sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create actionable sourcing briefs and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies
• Build and nurture talent pools for various roles while screening and qualifying freelancers
• Lead negotiations on rates, ensuring quality talent is secured while managing costs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment with a focus on freelance/vendor roles
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in cost-efficient sourcing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft E365 and project management tools
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
