Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life-cycle recruiting for high-volume, clearance-required roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and offer support
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs
  • Source and engage candidates using various techniques and manage high-volume candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
