Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Hourly Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute recruitment strategies and support Team Member hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Shack hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines and efficient hiring processes
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each Shack's needs, including staffing for new restaurant openings
• Support employment branding efforts and participate in local hiring events and career fairs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition related work experience, preferably in high volume recruitment
• Prior experience supporting field locations or a multi-unit region preferred
• Prior Workday ATS experience preferred
