Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for nationwide recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessments, and onboarding
• Represent the company at recruitment events to build brand awareness and attract candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience for various positions
• Experience within the HVAC/R, construction, or skilled trades industries is a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Willingness for occasional travel for branch visits and recruitment events
