Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment function across a multi-site clinical research network.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles using various platforms
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience supporting hiring in clinical research or healthcare preferred
