Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the regional admissions process for prospective Fellows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute selection criteria and evaluation processes to ensure equity in talent engagement and selection
  • Manage the applicant experience and improve accessibility and success through the onboarding pipeline
  • Provide strategic insights and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruitment initiatives and applicant outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field
  • Proven ability to use data for decision-making and improve systems and processes
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex situations
