Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and align on candidate profiles
- Build diverse talent pipelines through various outreach methods and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of related experience required, preferably in high-volume or healthcare recruitment
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and legal recruiting requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required (e.g., UKG / Workday)
- Understanding of behavioral interviewing and negotiation skills required
