Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recruitment support by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and align on candidate profiles
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through various outreach methods and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of related experience required, preferably in high-volume or healthcare recruitment
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies and legal recruiting requirements
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required (e.g., UKG / Workday)
  • Understanding of behavioral interviewing and negotiation skills required
