Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective hiring strategies
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in e-Commerce or a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates, meeting or exceeding hiring goals
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Strong analytical skills to use data for informed decision-making
