Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes, and source qualified applicants
  • Screen applications, select candidates, and schedule interviews while ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process and participate in job fairs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources focused on recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS
  • Knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred
