Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes, and source qualified applicants
- Screen applications, select candidates, and schedule interviews while ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process and participate in job fairs
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources focused on recruiting/talent acquisition
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS
- Knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media
- SHRM-CP certification preferred
