Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract candidates through various channels and manage the candidate experience
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide updates on recruitment activities

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the tech or fin-tech industry
• Experience in talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
