Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes and build relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts
- Source, pipeline, and screen candidates, conducting interviews using various methodologies
- Manage candidate communication through ATS and represent the company at recruitment events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting with a focus on demonstrated success
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
