Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for marketing, digital media, or tech roles is preferred
