Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting efforts and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates while actively sourcing passive candidates through various channels
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics and collaborate on process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience
  • Experience working with an ATS, such as Greenhouse
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
