Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting efforts and build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of candidates while actively sourcing passive candidates through various channels
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and collaborate on process improvements
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience
- Experience working with an ATS, such as Greenhouse
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
