Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment activities for Philippine and U.S. hiring requirements in a hybrid work setup, managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles, focusing on high-volume hiring
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manage multiple hiring requirements
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and maintain applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment
  • Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets is an advantage
  • Familiarity with volume hiring and managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment trackers
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts if required
