Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment activities for Philippine and U.S. hiring requirements in a hybrid work setup, managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles, focusing on high-volume hiring
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manage multiple hiring requirements
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and maintain applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment
- Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets is an advantage
- Familiarity with volume hiring and managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment trackers
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts if required
