Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist, seeking a full-time remote candidate to support HR by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews in a contract-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in candidate sourcing and outreach through various channels
• Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR and talent acquisition
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media and job boards for recruitment
