Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist, an experienced professional responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process and supporting talent acquisition functions across multiple operating companies, is sought for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including recruiting, interviewing, assessment, selection, and onboarding
  • Coordinate resume distribution, schedule interviews, and track candidate status for timely feedback
  • Build a talent pipeline and partner with hiring managers to address talent gaps and adjust recruiting plans as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Experience with applicant tracking software
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
