Job Summary
Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for clients across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and manage candidate sourcing, onboarding, and client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates and guide them through the recruitment process, including interview preparation and follow-up
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver regular recruitment status updates
- Build and maintain talent pools while supporting RFP/RFI processes and managing relationships with staffing suppliers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in life sciences, business, HR, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in an in-house agency or outsourcing environment
- Full-cycle recruitment experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in creative sourcing strategies and results measurement
