Job Summary
To support the recruitment efforts of a leading transportation company, the full-time Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop unique talent attraction strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Create and implement strategies to identify and engage top talent
- Collaborate with HR Operations to manage recruiting expectations and resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates from entry-level to senior management
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Hiretual
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
