Job Summary

To support a growing performance marketing agency, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead hiring efforts by attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top-tier talent while collaborating with department leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
