Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire talent acquisition cycle, optimize people operations processes, and enhance the employee experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and candidate selection
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve the talent acquisition process
