To support a growing performance marketing agency, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead hiring efforts by attracting, sourcing, and managing the full recruitment life cycle for top-tier talent that aligns with the company's culture and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards

Required qualifications
