Job Summary
To support the company's next stage of growth, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and close exceptional talent while enhancing candidate experiences and improving recruiting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM/Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expedite the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing across various channels
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment
- Experience hiring for both technical and GTM/Sales roles
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch
- Familiarity with Ashby or other ATS platforms and recruiting workflows
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously in a remote environment
