Job Summary

Managing recruiting logistics, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct initial candidate screenings, partner with hiring managers to streamline the interview process, and maintain organized candidate pipelines across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct first-round HR screening interviews and review resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews, serve as the primary contact for candidates, and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide metrics on recruitment operations and candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and coordinating interview processes
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
