Job Summary
Supporting recruiting efforts for client partners, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple industries in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for client roles
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and manage candidate pipelines in ATS
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate notes
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
