Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting recruiting efforts for client partners, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple industries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for client roles
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and manage candidate pipelines in ATS
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate notes

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
