Job Summary
As a full-time Talent Acquisition and Talent Integration Specialist, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational values and staffing needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a range of clinical and non-clinical positions, from talent sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical roles within healthcare technology or services
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and fill difficult roles effectively
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare labor markets, credentialing expectations, and state licensure requirements
- Strong technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
