Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle recruiting for technical and advisory roles, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will design sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance hiring processes to attract high-quality talent that drives growth in data and AI consulting.
Key responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting through all stages of technical and advisory requisitions, including screening and scheduling
- Build and execute sourcing strategies, including writing Boolean search strings
- Manage a healthy pipeline across multiple open requisitions while delivering an excellent candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience at a recruiting agency or consulting firm
- Experience recruiting for technical, go-to-market, and/or strategy roles
- Ability to write Boolean search strings from scratch
- Experience managing 8+ requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other AI-enabled sourcing platforms
