Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines, the temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage candidate assessments, collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment law principles while working remotely in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education
  • Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient in technology and business systems
  • Preferred: Experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries
