Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruiting efforts remotely, the contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage numerous open requisitions while collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Review applications to ensure alignment with minimum qualifications and conduct candidate screenings
  • Initiate background checks and assist with offer preparation and extension while maintaining communication with HR Generalists
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidate pipelines meet departmental needs for over 30 active job postings
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with six years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience
  • Knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring practices
  • Ability to manage 30+ multi-discipline vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience partnering with diverse hiring managers and HR professionals
  • Familiarity with common recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices
