Job Summary
Focused on candidate sourcing and engagement, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively identify and build talent pipelines for underwriting, brokerage, and insurance operations roles while enhancing the candidate experience and supporting the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify candidates for various roles across the insurance sector
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent coordination
- Strong experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services recruiting preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the candidate experience
