Job Summary

To support a growing People team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical support positions across Texas markets, including Medical Assistants and Patient Reception Specialists, while also assisting with select corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate positions across multiple Texas locations
• Partner with clinic managers on headcount planning and candidate profiles, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS
• Utilize AI tools and data metrics to enhance recruiting efficiency and improve candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical support or healthcare roles
• Experience using an ATS to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines
• Comfort with AI tools for drafting communications and improving efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions across various locations
